"My Experience with Petsy for Cat Insurance"
I turned to Petsy for assistance in securing insurance for my feline friend. My cat, Mabel, is a seal point ragdoll. The staff were incredibly helpful, sweet, and super patient with all my countless inquiries. I totally recommend them just based on the outstanding service!

"Dealing with the loss of my pup"
I lost my dog not long ago due to a brain tumor. Those months were really hard, but being able to get back most of the vet expenses made a difference. Petsy was quick to respond and simple to work with. It took away one worry during such a tough time after my dog's passing.

"The true reason for my satisfaction..."
The main reason I'm glad to share this review is the excellent customer service. I've only had to make a minor claim over the last few years. Other than that, I don't have much to say except that the staff are really nice folks.

After doing a fair bit of digging, I discovered that Petsy had the most bang for my buck with no sub limits. Signing up online was a breeze, and my sister is already a customer, but I don’t always follow her lead when it comes to handling life’s paperwork.

"Heads up!! Pet insurance varies a lot!"
Heads up!!! Pet insurance varies a lot. A couple of years back, we made a switch since our previous provider was terrible. We faced long wait times and had to deal with overseas reps who were indifferent. Recently, we had to utilize our policy after a scuffle at the dog park, and the Petsy crew was super helpful. Big thanks to Petsy!

As a cat enthusiast, I notice that the folks I chat with are also animal lovers, especially one customer service representative named See, who shares my passion for cats. I feel more secure financially with pet insurance in case anything unexpected happens.

I'm really happy with my choice to go with Petsy pet insurance. I feel secure knowing that I have coverage from a company I can trust.
The claims process has been super quick, and they checked in to ensure that my furry friend and I were doing alright.

Top-notch pet insurance options, no doubt. The staff at this company really know their stuff. You can tell they genuinely care by checking in, and they’re making the right moves for pet parents. I’ve moved two of my pets over here, but the older one is stuck where he is. If I had to choose from the four providers we've used, it would definitely be Petsy every single time.

Every time we've reached out to the folks at Petsy, it’s been a breeze.
I've had to file two claims, and both times I felt valued, unlike the experience I often have elsewhere. They even take the extra step to follow up for you and check in.

"Opted for custom coverage without sublimits"
After doing our homework on coverage options and hearing what others had to say, we decided to buy the custom cover without any sub limits.
Our daughter picked Petsy first, and after a month of thinking it over, we figured we’d give Petsy a shot too.
Gotta say, the customer service crew is super helpful.

Great Insurance with No Sneaky Restrictions. If you check out the details in the PDS of the insurance options, you'll notice that many policies come with a ton of exclusions and limits. I picked Petsy because they don’t impose sub-limits and I can cancel whenever I want.
After almost a month of making calls and doing my homework, I discovered this was the top policy for my cats. You can really see the difference in the staff and the expertise they bring.

"Really happy with the customer service!"
I gotta say, I'm quite impressed by the attention and support from the customer service crew at petsy. Whenever I've needed to get in touch, they've been super helpful and supportive with all my inquiries. They guided me through the claims process and made it clear what I needed to do to get quick claims for a persistent issue with my groodle. Big thanks to petsy pet insurance!
